Marie is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, licensed to prescribe medications. She has been practicing in psych/mental health care for the past 25 years. She counsels primarily with adults. Christian and spiritual counseling are available to interested persons. Marie uses an integrated approach to counseling, including interpersonal, cognitive, behavioral, educational and emotional healing. Client and therapist plan together how treatment will proceed. Marie has expertise in helping with women's issues, marital concerns, sexual problems, family violence, anger, addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, panic, obsessions and compulsions, P.M.S., postpartum moods, depression, grief and loss, medical problems, post traumatic stress, crisis situations, family of origin abuse issues, gender identity concerns and seasonal affective disorder. Office hours by appointment, weekdays and evenings.

John offers a variety of services for children, adolescents and adults using individual, couples, family and group psychotherapies. Mediation and conflict resolution counseling is offered for divorce, child custody and other issues. John specializes in therapy for self-esteem issues, anger management, recovery from abuse (sexual, emotional and physical), parenting and child/adolescent behavioral and emotional issues, sex offender treatment, premarital and marital counseling (especially communication problems, separation, divorce and domestic violence), and work place concerns (stress, performance evaluation, discrimination, etc.). Dr. McQueen is an Approved Provider for Sex Offender Treatment. Hours are flexible and include evening appointments. |
